Infrastructure
Spanning over 25,000 square feet, our facilities boast 64,000 square feet of production space across four floors. Our comprehensive infrastructure includes:
- Fabric checking facilities
- Over 350 UBT lockstitch, overlock, and flatlock machines
- Spotting and transfer/fusing machines, all housed in our production facility.
Capacity
Our manufacturing capabilities enable us to produce the following quantities of garments on a monthly basis:
- T-shirts: 100,000 – 120,000 units
- Polos: 100,000 – 120,000 units
- Trackpants: 80,000 – 90,000 units
- Shorts: 80,000 – 90,000 units
- Sweatshirts / Hoodies: 80,000 – 90,000 units
